AUS registration
Registration process
NCEES administers exams in the Emirate of Sharjah under an agreement with the American University of Sharjah (AUS). To take the exam in the Emirate of Sharjah, you must submit an application and be approved by AUS. Only currently enrolled seniors and graduates of AUS may take the exam. Contact AUS for information about its approval process. The AUS deadlines for approvals are February 15 (for April exams) and August 15 (for October exams).
After you have been approved by AUS to take the exam, you must register online with NCEES and pay the appropriate fees to reserve your seat prior to the posted NCEES registration deadline (September 6).
Exam authorization
NCEES will e-mail you 2–3 weeks before the exam with a link to download and print your exam authorization notice. Read it carefully. You will be required to present this document along with a valid, government-issued photo ID upon arrival at the exam site.
