Cancellations and refunds

If you did not pay exam fees to NCEES, contact your licensing board (or its testing agent) regarding cancellations and refunds.

If you paid your exam fees to NCEES during the registration process, you may cancel your exam reservation up to the NCEES registration deadline using your My NCEES account. Refunds will include exam fees paid to NCEES during the registration process minus a $35 processing fee. Funds may not be transferred to a later exam administration date. NCEES does not cancel reservations or refund fees after the NCEES registration deadline.
