Manual verification requests

Manual verification ensures that the scanner accurately counted the number of correct answers on your answer sheet. If you are from one of the states listed below, you may request that your answer sheet be manually verified by submitting a request to NCEES. Download and complete the PDF of the manual verification form to request manual verification. Requests for manual verification must be submitted to NCEES within 60 days of receiving your results notification.
