Return policy

Returned items should be in unused condition and returned to NCEES within 30 days of the date you received it. Please include a note explaining the reason for the return. You will be refunded the cost of the item minus a 30% restocking fee. Return shipping charges will not be reimbursed. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, NCEES will refund the full price or send you a replacement for the item.
