What are the fees for the review of my structural credentials?The fee is $50. This fee is submitted with the MLSE application and is nonrefundable. Authorization formExisting Record holders should complete this form to authorize a review of their established Record for the MLSE designation. Application FormClick on this link to login and begin the MLSE Application process. EducationList all universities attended, the degree obtained, if any, and the year(s) of attendance. Note any courses that should be considered for MLSE designation, along with course number, description, credit hours, and whether it is design or analysis. List the total amount of time for undergraduate work and graduate work. Provide a detailed course description on a separate sheet of paper for courses in which the content is not clear from the course description (such as master's or senior thesis, special projects, special problems/topics, and supervised individual studies). Existing Record holders: If you have attended any universities or colleges since the time of completion of your file and would like for this information to be considered, you will need to contact the institution and have transcripts forwarded directly to the Records Department. Employment formsIf any additional employment verification is needed, you will receive a request by e-mail from the NCEES Records Department. |
