Funded Delegates

NCEES funds a number of delegates to the annual meeting as designated by the member boards (in accordance with Council policy). If your member board has submitted its list of funded delegates, first-time attendees, or law enforcement program attendees and you are one, you should have received an email from NCEES with instructions on how to register.

Before you register, review the list of boards below to determine whether your board has named its funded delegates, first-time attendees, and law enforcement program attendees.

Boards not listed below have submitted their list of funded delegates to NCEES. If your board is not listed below and you have not been invited to register as a funded delegate, first-time attendee, or law enforcement program attendee, you may start the registration process at ncees.org/annual_meeting as a non-funded attendee. If you are not sure if you are funded delegate for your board, send an inquiry to [email protected]. Include your name and board affiliation.

If your board is listed below, that means that your board has not yet submitted its list of funded delegates, first-time attendees, or law enforcement program attendees to NCEES. If you are a member of one of these boards, you may want to wait to register in case you are named as a funded delegate, first-time attendee, or law enforcement program attendee. Otherwise, you may have to cancel your travel bookings and rebook with the NCEES-travel agency.
