NCEES is made up of 69 engineering and surveying licensing boards that represent all U.S. states, the District of Columbia, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
These boards are divided into four zones: Central, Northeast, Southern, and Western.
The zones generally meet twice a year—at the annual meeting in August and at the zone interim meeting in the spring.
